Services Included / Not Included
    a. The Property Rent includes the use of furniture and accessories, as well as the services of the following staff: 3 Staff (one cook, one house keeper, one butler)
    b. Staff shall be available to serve in whatever may be necessary within the usual duties of their respective positions. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
    c. Extra hours could be arranged with staff and are paid by the CLIENT at the rate of US$6 per hour per staff person plus the cost of transportation to each person to their homes. (Taxi fares range between US15.00-US$25 depending on the date and time of the day this service is requested)
    d. Gratuities and/or tips are not included in the Rental Price. It is customary to tip each staff between $20-25 per day, and a minimum of US$ 150.00 to each staff member for stays of 7 days and over.
    e. The rent price does NOT include vehicles, transportation within the resort, transportation to and from the airport.
This VILLA have available for rent a six-passenger golf cart that can be included at a price of USD$25.00 per day. The CLIENT may use the golf cart at his/her/their own risk. The cart can only be operated by members of CLIENT'S party that are over 16 years old with a valid driver's license or permit. Client should be responsible for any damage cause to the golf cart or to third parties when using the golf cart, and therefore agrees to hold OWNER (including OWNER'S agents) harmless for any injuries or death resulting from such use.
    f. CLIENT is responsible for any long-distance phone calls as well as food and beverages, sports activities, etc. Such services shall be paid by CLIENT.
